The kids love the rooftop minizoo although there were too many pigeons! Location is close to all the Cihampelas attractions and malls, and not too far from the northern Lembang area. Staff were all kind and breakfast spread was excellent as usual!

I'm from Malaysia, stayed on 5th June 2024 (1 night) with my family in the room no 655. My wife left her GOLD earrings (belongs to her late grandma/Sentimental value) in the room and we are back in Jakarta to continue our vacation. The HONEST housekeeping staff found the earing and give it to Guest Service. The GS contacted me and transport it to Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta on the same day i've received. I would like to thank all the crew for their HONESTY and DEDICATION on their responsibility. Touched, S.Mogan

Good facilities especially for kids. They loved the swimming pool and feeding the animals. Breakfast was wonderful with good spread of local and international food. Rooms were good size and we got connecting rooms which was great since there are 5 of us.

overall this hotel is good in all aspect, the location is good all kids facilities is top notch (cooking class, mini zoo, swimming pool, playground, sand pool) and also the room size is decent

The hotel is optimized for family stays, it has many family-friendly amenities. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were well kept. The shower was amazing though. Breakfast was pretty complete, plenty of Indonesian traditional breakfast dishes. Parking space was huge, though at full occupancy space might be scarce.

The breakfast buffet is very delicious & all staff are kind. My room especially my toilet so clean. I Recommended to who want to Bandung stay at here🥰

Always happy to visit Grand Tjokro when we visit bandung with family. Kids love to see the mini zoo and other facilities there, we've been to Grand Tjokro several times, so surely will come back again
